ISMHS holds Computerized EPT pilot Testing

Ismael Mathay Sr. High School together with two other schools in Quezon City hosted the Pilot Testing for English Proficiency test for Teacher Applicant last July 12 to 13, 2021. A total of 440 teacher applicants was accommodated during the two day testing period with 20 teacher applicant per batch.


The EPT was an initiative for Department of Education Computerization Program (DCP) to maximize and to promote the use of ICT on school amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Culiat High School and New Era High School also participated the said activity.


The simulation was headed by Mrs. Berrnadette DC. Lugtu of SDO Personnel Section and Mrs. Maria Cristina N. Marquez pf SDO ICT section together with the school ICT Coordinator of Culiat High School Mr. Cerille Joseph M. Reyes, Mrs. Ma. Andrea Manahan of New Era High school and Mr. Ruelito D. Llanes and Mr. Rhandel Prado of Ismael Mathay Sr. High School.


According to Mrs. Ernadette DC. Lugtu, due to its success the Schools Division of Quezon City was planning to expand the program adding testing areas to accommodate the growing numbers of teacher applicants.
